极薄煤层群顶板穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采技术研究

Research on roof-cross borehole gas drainage method in ultra thin coal seam group

摘要: 为解决四川盆地杨村铺煤矿采煤工作面瓦斯超限严重问题,运用岩层移动理论和顶板穿层瓦斯抽采方法现场试验,分析了卸压瓦斯的运移路径和富集区域,并优化了抽采参数。结果表明:由于上覆关键层对瓦斯运移具有明显的阻碍作用,最佳抽采位置在关键层下方,现场试验结果与理论分析基本吻合|试验确定了合理的瓦斯抽采参数,有效提高了瓦斯抽采率|消除了工作面瓦斯集聚不安全因素,并实现了瓦斯利用。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of gas overrun in long wall face at Yangcunpu Coal Mining in Sichuan depression, this paper analyzed the migration path and abundant region of pressure-relieved gas and optimized the drainage parameters by means of strata movement theory and the roof-cross borehole gas drainage field tests. The results showed that the best drainage region is under the overlaying key strata due to its significantly impediments to gas, and that field test results accord with theoretical analysis, and that the reasonable gas drainage parameters were determined and gas drainage efficiency was improved remarkably, and that the unsafe factor of gas overrun was successfully eliminated and the drained gas was used to generate electricity. The successful experiences can be introduced to other similar mines due to good social and economic effect.
